For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account on KP777. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify KP777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. KP777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
KP777 is entitled to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of current residential address dated within the last three months, and, in some circumstances, documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
Note for Pakistani Users: The CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA is an acceptable primary identity document. Utility bills, bank statements or government correspondence may be accepted as proof of address. KP777 does not share KYC documents with Pakistani government authorities unless compelled to do so by a valid legal order from a competent jurisdiction.
Your Account is strictly for personal recreational use. You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, business activity, syndicate betting, or on behalf of any third party. You agree to use the Platform only in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:

A wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement obligates you to place a cumulative total of PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
KP777 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing offsetting bets across accounts or with other operators to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk; and systematic low-risk play designed to circumvent wagering conditions. KP777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. No compensation is payable in respect of any promotional offer that is suspended or withdrawn, provided that any bonus already credited to an Account and not yet expired will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
KP777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its absolute discretion. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to any applicable "best odds" or early-price policies stated in individual sport rules. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number assigned, the bet is binding on both parties except where these Terms or applicable sport-specific rules provide otherwise.
If a bet is accepted at odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error or data-feed failure, KP777 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. "Manifestly incorrect" is defined as odds that are clearly out of line with market consensus at the time the bet was placed — for example, odds of 100.00 on a heavy favourite in a Pakistan Super League fixture.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional volatility. Odds may be suspended at any time during live play. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended are void and stakes will be returned, regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket fixtures, the ICC for international events). In the event of a dispute over the official result, settlement will be suspended until the matter is resolved by the governing body.

KP777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, KP777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email, account notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should immediately cease use of the Platform, withdraw any available funds and request account closure through customer support.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated, details of which are available upon written request to customer support. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through KP777's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of any jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights that cannot adequately be protected by the primary dispute-resolution mechanism.
